A special feature that the Dudley Hotel offers is the opportunity for groups to hire the hotel for the exclusive use of their own guests. For the fixed price of £285.00 per night any group up to 11 guests can enjoy the exclusiveness of their own hotel.
In addition, with over 10 years experience of organising events and entertainment in Plymouth, the Dudley can also arrange any activities, tickets, travel, etc, that may enhance, or be the focal point of your stay. So from setting your own time for breakfast to choosing which film to watch on our big screen, your stay at the Dudley Hotel will be perfectly tailored to suit your needs. Here are a few ideas:
- Weddings – providing small receptions and main guest accommodation
- Sports teams – touring and high profile travelling sides
- Private family occasions – birthdays, anniversaries, engagements
- Stag & Hen functions – with busy entertainment programmes if required
- Corporate events – team building, festive meals, retirements
- University links – visiting groups, conferencing, graduations, summer balls
- Entertainment contacts – band/acts accommodation
- Theme breaks – golf, horse racing, painting, walking, sailing, etc
In order to avoid disappointment book as early ahead as possible as group bookings will not be taken if other guests occupy the hotel.
A minimum of 2 nights stay is required for all group bookings.
* An additional 2 adults (so up to a maximum 14) can be accommodated for at a charge of £25.00 per person per night.
* A non refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking to secure your reservation. The outstanding balance must be received in full at least 2 weeks prior to your stay.
